Touchstone Intelligent Marketing

Privacy Notice

Touchstone Intelligent Marketing ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://touchstone.email website and tools (the "Services"). We take the privacy of our customers seriously, so we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of everyone we work with. We are GDPR-compliant, and this policy contains detailed information about how, when and why we collect your personal data, how we use it and how we ensure it is kept safe and secure.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from https://touchstone.email/terms-and-conditions.

Information Collection and Use

We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Information

  • Account Information: You need a Touchstone account to access our product(s). When you create an account with us, we collect and store your business name, password and email address to provide you with our services. You can set various preferences and personal details on your account preferences page, such as your username and communication preferences (e.g. opting in or out of receiving marketing emails from us).

  • Billing Information: Payments for our tool(s) are handled by Paypal Inc. We do not collect and store your payment information. We only collect and store the necessary data confirming the payment was successful (e.g. time and date of transaction).

  • Customer Support Information: We collect and store the information you provide us with if you submit a support ticket to us. This includes the email address you provide us with if you choose to do so.

Non-Personal Information

  • Usage Data: When you browse our website, use Touchstone’s tools or interact with an email that we send to you, we may collect information about your web browsing and use of the site or platform. We may collect this information as a part of log files as well as through the use of cookies. We use this information to help improve the website or monitor the performance of our campaigns.

  • Browsing Data: When someone visits https://touchstone.email/ we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. You can find more information on how cookies are used on this website in the Cookies Policy below.

Data Collected Through Use of Our Tool(s)

We offer tools for users of Email Service Providers (“ESPs”) which are designed to optimize and improve users’ digital marketing. Our tools analyse and organize email marketing data to assess a marketing campaign’s performance (e.g. how many email addresses received an email containing a campaign, how many opened the email and how many people clicked on a link contained within the email). The data we gather and analyse is presented to users in an intuitive and useful way.

Email marketing data we receive from users does not contain personal information and only we have access to it in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The level of permission we are granted regarding usage of your data depends upon the permissions used by your ESP.
